    After logging in to your vendor dashboard, go to Products > Add New, fill in the product details, and submit.


    1. Simple Product

    A basic product with a fixed price.

    2.Variable Product

    Product with multiple options like size or color, each with different price/stock.

    3. Grouped Product

    A collection of related simple products sold together.
    4. Virtual Product

    Non-physical product that doesn’t require shipping.

    5. Downloadable Product

    Digital product that can be downloaded after purchase.

    Payouts are processed through Sham Cash or  You can set your payout details in your vendor dashboard under Payments.

     

    Navigate to Reports > Ledger Book in your dashboard to see sales, commissions, and total earnings.

     

    Yes, you can update your logo, store name, hours, and more under Store Settings in your dashboard.

     

    You’ll find all tickets and messages in your dashboard under Support > Tickets or Inquiry sections. You can reply directly from there.
